Arrive Cochin Airport. Met on arrival at the airport and immediate transfer to your hotel in Fort Cochin (01 hr)
Cochin (Kochi) is spread across islands and promontories in a stunning location between the Arabian Sea and the Backwaters. The city was founded in 1341 when a flood created a natural safe port, which became the principal harbour for Malabar Coast’s spice trade. Cochin was on the main trade route between Europe and China. The rulers invited people of various religions to settle here, attracting the Jews and the Christians who built places of worship and their own communities.
This afternoon you will be handed over your 500 CC Royal Enfield Bullet and also meet up with your driver who will accompany you in the car with your luggage and also will assist in your route.
You will proceed for a test ride through Fort Cochin and Mattancherry with a local guide . During the course, you will also visit the monuments at Fort Cochin and Mattancherry - The St Francis Church, the oldest European Church in India ,where Vasco de Gama the first European traveller to India was originally buried here. Dutch Palace at Mattancherry (Friday closed) is renowned for its wall murals depicting scenes from the Ramayana. The Jewish Synagogue ( Saturday closed) at the heart of what is locally called the Jew Town.

From Cochin to Paniyeli Poru Via Malayattoor and Illithode
Morning , you will start your ride to the foot hills of Malayattoor (40 km) , passing through National Highway , state highway and district roads. Visit the nearby Illithode river, a perfect place for relax and a swim at the river. Refreshments at a nature resort.
Later ride to Paniyelipuru , a natural village by river periyar , covered by waterfalls , flowing streams , flora and fauna. It is a paradise for photographers with its rich and natural landscape, and a wonder for birdwatchers with its rare species of birds. Stay at a nature resort by the river.

From Paniyeli Poru to Munnar
After early breakfast, check out and ride to thattekkad through the narrow village roads (30 kms). Visit the thattekkad bird sanctuary. Later ride to Munnar (70 Km)
Located at an altitude of 1600 meters above the sea level, Munnar offers an ideal escapade from the heat and buzzing of urban life into the tranquil laps of nature. The mist covered rolling hills, sprawling tea plantations, colonial remnants, panoramic views, and pristine wilderness all add to the exquisite beauty of this hill station
In the evening, you will go for a short ride through the misty Munnar up to Munnar town and return.

At Munnar – Kolukkumalai visit
Kolukkumalai Tea Factory Visit
Morning, you will ride uphill towards Kolukkumalai tea factory and once the off road starts , you will continue by Jeep to Kolukkumalai. At Kolukkumalai, tea is grown at an altitude of around 8000ft. This is world's highest grown tea. The factory is built in the 1930s. Once inside, visitors can get a glimpse into the process of tea making. After the guided tour through the factory, you can walk into the tea-tasting centre of the factory and be treated to a variety of teas on offer. Packed Lunch will be served. Later return back to Munnar.

From Munnar to Kodaikanal
After breakfast, you will start the long ride to Kodaikanal (160 km) through the best of Ghats section in south covering Poopara , Bodinaykanur , Periyakulam.
Kodaikanal is one of the most popular hill resorts in India, stands amidst sylvan beauty on the southern crest of the upper Palani Hills near Madurai in Tamil Nadu. With its rocks, woods, lovely lake and bracing air, Kodaikanal is an ideal hill station for tourists.
Your will stay in a eco resort located on an old elephant migration route next to the border of the national forest which extends into the wildlife sanctuaries of Kerala.

After early breakfast ride to Periyar (150 km).
Thekkady
Periyar is South India’s most popular wildlife sanctuary, encompassing an area of 777 sq km. Set on the attractive man-made Periyar Lake; Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wildlife and scenic beauty, the Reserve attracts visitors from all over the world. This is the only sanctuary in India where you can have the unique experience of viewing wildlife at close quarters from the safety of a boat on the lake. The greatest attraction of Periyar, however, are the herds of wild elephants that come down to play in the lake. Thekkady is also the home for the best of spices.Late afternoon proceed for a boat ride in Lake Periyar, and see the wildlife around the lake as you cruise along its banks. Apart from elephants, bison, sambar, wild boar, langur, otter and flying squirrel are common. There are also 246 species of birds and 112 species of butterfly.
Evening proceed to witness Kalaripayattu performance (Martial Arts) at a local theatre

From Periyar to Backwaters

In the beautiful waterways and backwaters of Kuttanad region of central Kerala lies Emerald Isle ,an exotic haven of tranquillity , seemingly remote from city life. Tucked away on this delightful island lies the Emerald Isle Heritage Villa , an ancestral country House set in 9 acres of secluded grounds. A truly wonderful way to spend your time on the banks of the backwaters of Kerala.
Here you can go boating on the backwaters, fishing with local fishermen (you may be able to spike scampi at night), learn about crab and prawn(shrimp) farming, watch the toddy tappers, go cycling, and stroll around the coconut groves, paddy fields, canals and villages.

From Backwaters to Kovalam
After breakfast , start your ride long ride through NH 47 to Kovalam beach (170 km)
Adorned with breath-taking views, serene beaches and refreshing atmosphere, Kovalam is an ideal leisure getaway. It has been a favourite haunt of tourists, especially Europeans since long.A massive rocky promontory on the beach has created a beautiful bay of calm waters ideal for sea bathing.
Once you reach the resort, you will hand over your motor bikes to the representatives. Your nine days of adventurous and exhilarating motorcycling has come to an end. You will relax in the beach resort for the next two days.
